We experienced a brief network disruption affecting some client services at our third-party data center facility, RadiusDC (formerly Phoenix NAP).
There were thunderstorms in the area tonight, which may have contributed to an intermittent power-related event at the third-party data center. This did NOT affect all clients, as this was a partial outage. The outage was that some power circuits briefly lost power for about 5-10 seconds, however switches and servers connected to those power circuits still needed time to boot up. We are still actively working with the facility provider, but not yet received a confirmation of the exact cause.
Connectivity has since been restored, and our team is continuing to monitor the network and affected systems for stability.
We are not aware of any further issues at this time.
If you are encountering an issue with your service, please contact support@1gservers.com we have technicians on standby to assist you.
